Engineering services, end to end.

Three engineering disciplines delivered across the full lifecycle (design, supply and installation), plus facility maintenance for everything in your building. One accountable team, from the first drawing to the final service visit.

D-01 / Mechanical · Electrical · Plumbing

MEP & Building Services

The systems that make a building usable: cooling, power, water and fire safety. We coordinate them as one design, so ducts, cable trays and pipes fit together on site rather than clash.

  • HVAC & ventilation

Chilled water, VRF and split systems, ventilation, smoke extract and clean-air systems.

  • Electrical power

LV distribution, switchboards, standby generators, UPS, lighting and earthing.

  • Plumbing & drainage

Cold and hot water, booster pumps, sanitary drainage and rainwater harvesting.

  • Fire protection

Fire detection and alarm, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels and suppression systems.

  • Medical gases

Oxygen, medical air, vacuum and nitrous oxide: manifolds, pipelines, outlets and alarms for hospitals and clinics.

  • LPG systems

Bulk and cylinder LPG installations, reticulation, regulators and leak detection for kitchens, laundries and industry.

  • Building management

BMS and controls integration for visibility and efficient operation.

  • Low-current systems

Structured cabling, CCTV, access control and public address.

D-02 / Generation · Storage · Distribution

Energy & Solar

Lower energy bills and a supply you can rely on. We size solar, storage and backup power from your real load data, then integrate them with the grid and your generators.

  • Solar PV systems

Rooftop, carport and ground-mounted systems, grid-tied or off-grid.

  • Hybrid & battery storage

Battery systems that cut generator run-hours and ride through outages.

  • Power distribution

Transformers, MV/LV switchgear, power factor correction and changeover.

  • Energy audits

Metering and analysis to find savings, with a costed plan to deliver them.

  • Solar water pumping

Solar-powered borehole and irrigation pumping for farms and communities.

  • Monitoring

Remote performance monitoring with alerts and periodic reporting.

D-03 / Water · Waste · Air

Water & Environmental

Safe water in, clean water and air out. We engineer water supply and treatment, wastewater, waste management and emission control for buildings, industry and communities, designed around local conditions and environmental rules.

  • Water supply & storage

Boreholes, storage tanks, reticulation networks and booster stations.

  • Water treatment

Filtration, softening, reverse osmosis and disinfection to the required standard.

  • Wastewater treatment

Packaged treatment plants and effluent systems for reuse or safe discharge.

  • Pumping stations

Pump selection, controls and telemetry for reliable, efficient pumping.

  • Environmental compliance

Support with environmental assessments, effluent testing and permits.

  • Rainwater & reuse

Rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling that cut demand on mains water.

  • Incinerators

Medical and general waste incinerators: sizing, supply, installation, commissioning and servicing.

  • Solid waste management

Waste segregation, collection, storage and disposal systems for facilities and institutions.

  • Atmospheric pollution control

Emission control, scrubbers, filtration and stack monitoring to meet air quality regulations.

D-04 / Services · Environment · Fabric

Facility Maintenance

One contractor for the whole facility. We maintain all MEP and building services, all water and environmental systems, and the building itself, whether we installed them or not.

FAQ Common questions

Before you call.

Can you take on just one stage, such as design only?

Yes. Many clients come to us for a single stage, such as an independent design, supply of equipment, or installation to someone else's design. Where we design and install, we can also take responsibility for performance.

Do you work outside Kenya?

Yes. We work across East Africa, including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Somalia. We mobilise teams from Nairobi and manage cross-border procurement and logistics.

How do you price a project?

After a site visit or a review of your drawings, we provide a detailed, itemised proposal. For larger projects we can price by stage, so you can commit to design first.

Can you maintain systems installed by another contractor?

Yes. We start with a condition survey and asset register, then put a maintenance plan in place. See Facility Maintenance.
